This chocolate cocktail combines everyone’s favourite’s,  chocolate and Shortcross Classic Gin.

  • Shortcross Classic 50ml
  • Chocolate Syrup 25ml
  • 1 whole Egg
  • Garnish: Finely grated chocolate


  • Add the gin and the chocolate syrup plus one egg (yolk and all) to a shaker without the ice.
  • Dry shake for 30 seconds to really foam up the egg white.
  • Add ice and shake for a further 20 seconds to cool the mixture, strain into a coupe glass and add a little chopped or grated chocolate to garnish. Enjoy
