Ingredients
- 35ml - Shortcross Classic Gin
- 25ml - Kiwi Puree
- 2 - Teaspoons, fresh diced Kiwi
- 25ml - Elderflower cordial
- 15ml - Fresh Lemon juice
- 50ml - Soda Water
Method
- Combine: Shortcross Classic gin, Elderflower cordial, Lemon juice, Kiwi puree and diced kiwi together in a shaker and shake hard over ice
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice then top off with soda water
- Garnish with a slice of fresh kiwi or mint to complete your kiwi and elderflower spritz
