Ingredients
- 40ml - Shortcross Classic Gin
- 20ml - Peach Liqueur
- 10ml - Peach Cordial
- 15ml - Lemon Juice
- 100ml - Soda Water
Method
- Add gin, preach liqueur, peach cordial & lemon juice to a shaker and shake hard over ice
- Strain ingredients into a chilled glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a peach wedge.
