Ingredients

  • 50ml - Rosie's Garden Gin
  • 25ml - Red Berry sugar syrup
  • 10ml - Lemon juice
  • 35ml - Soda Spritz

Method

  • In a shaker combine: Rosie's Garden Gin, red berry sugar syrup & lemon juice
  • Shake hard over ice beofre double straining into a champagne coupe
  • Top off with soda spritz & garnish with rosemary
