Check out our apricot Sour created using our Shortcross Classic gin.
Ingredients
- 45ml Shortcross Gin
- 10ml amaretto
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. apricot Jam
- 1 egg white
Method
- Dry shake all ingredients for 30 seconds
- add ice to shaker and shake again for 30 seconds.
- strain into a chilled coupe
- garnish with star anise
