The Shortcross Cask Aged Gin – Edition III is extra special , rich and indulgent.
Edition III was distilled in 2018 and rested in cognac liqueur casks for two and a half years. Slowly interacting with the wood over 30 months.
Tasting notes of Fresh tangy blood oranges peel away to reveal deep chocolate notes and subtle vanilla. Citrus dominates creating a clean yet inviting nose, reminiscent of indulgent festive afternoons.
The palate fizzes with zesty freshness, crisp and punchy with hints of orange sherbet and fizzing bath bombs.

Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Cask Aged Gin
- 35ml Suze
- 35ml Beltzar White Vermouth
- Garnish with a Grapefruit peel twist.
Method
- Add all the ingredients to the glass and slowly stir
- Add an ice ball
- Stir again for 30 seconds
- Garnish with a grapefruit zest
- Sip and Enjoy
