Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Classic Gin
- 25ml Elderflower Cordial
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- Sparkling Water
- Rosemary Garnish
Method
- Add your Shortcross Gin, lemon juice, elderflower cordial and sugar syrup into your cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake well until the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a high ball glass.
- Top up with your sparkling water and add a rosemary garnish.
