Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Citrus Drizzle Gin
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- Lemon peel for garish
Method
- Add Shortcross Citrus Drizzle Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is cold.
- Strain into a coupe style cocktail glass.
- To garnish, add a small piece of lemon peel.
