Easy to make at home this quick and simple summer cocktail is made with Shortcross Irish Poitin. A premium spirit distilled from 100% Irish cereals.
Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Irish Poitin
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Sparkling Apple Juice
- Bay Leaf for garnish
Method
- Add all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake well to chill, you will know this is ready when the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a high ball glass filled with ice.
- Top up with carbonated apple juice.
- To garnish, add a bay leaf.
