Ingredients
- 35ml Shortcross Gin (Classic or Citrus Drizzle)
- 50ml Rhubarb Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Rhubarb Slice
Method
- Add all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake well to chill, you will know this is ready when the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Serve into a rocks tumbler.
- To garnish, add a thin slice of rhubarb.
