Ingredients

  • 40ml - Shortcross Gin
  • 25ml - Lemon Juice
  • 10ml - Raspberry Syrup
  • 5ml - Pear Syrup
  • 1 - egg white

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake vigorously.
  • Add ice and shake again.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
