This is a classic sour serve that allows our Shortcross gin to shine, it is a spirt-forward sip, refreshing with a subtle sweetness and full of unique floral flavours.
It was brought back to life in 2009 by Murray Stenson from Seattle and became a renowned drink on the west coast of the USA. It hails back to 1951 and was originally adapted from a cocktail recipe in Ted Sauciers Bottoms Up.
