If you do not have egg whites you can top up with Soda or sparkling wine for an indulgent festive fizz.
Ingredients
- 35ml Shortcross Gin
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup - depending on sweetness you can add more or less
- 45ml Pomegranate Juice
- egg white or aquafaba
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 1 minute.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for 1 minute.
- Pour into a tumbler glass filed with ice.
