The Shortcross S’mores Tini

Introducing  The Shortcross S’mores Tini.

Perfect for sipping this Festive Season.

 

*To make the marshmallow syrup add one cup of sugar and one cup of water to saucepan, heat gently and stir until dissolved. Add 5 jumbo Toasted marshmallows . Stir until dissolved into an opaque mixture. Cool and store cold up to two weeks

Ingredients

  • 40ml Shortcross Gin
  • 15ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 15ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 60ml Chilled Coffee
  • *15ml marshmallow syrup

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Add Ice and shake
  • Strain into a chilled Coupe glass
  • Garnish with a toasted marshmallow
