The Winter Estate Punch (Serves 6)

Introducing our Shortcross Winter Estate Punch.

Ingredients

  • 300ml Shortcross Bartenders or Rosie's Gin
  • 200ml Warm Apple Juice
  • 150ml Warm Lemon Juice
  • 150ml Creme de Mure
  • 150ml Hot Water

Method

  • Gently warm apple and lemon juice in a saucepan
  • Add Shortcross Gin and Creme de Mure to a punch bowl and add warm ingredients
  • Garnish with cinnamon, star anise and fruits
  • Serve warm in a tempered glass.
