Ingredients
- 35ml - Shortcross Bartender Series Gin
- 25ml -Crème de Pamplemousse Rose
- 25ml - Fresh Lemon Juice
- 5ml - Grapefruit bitters
Method
- Rinse a coupe glass with grapefruit bitters, before chilling well
- Shake other ingredients before straining into the glass
- Garnish with pink candyfloss Cloud and pink grapefruit sherbet
