Ingredients

  • 35ml - Shortcross Bartender Series Gin
  • 25ml -Crème de Pamplemousse Rose
  • 25ml - Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5ml - Grapefruit bitters

Method

  • Rinse a coupe glass with grapefruit bitters, before chilling well
  • Shake other ingredients before straining into the glass
  • Garnish with pink candyfloss Cloud and pink grapefruit sherbet
