Ingredients

  • 50ml – Shortcross Classic Gin
  • 10-12 – fresh Basil Leaves
  • 10ml – Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml – Lemon Juice

Method

  • Add Basil Leaves to cocktail shaker and muddle
  • Add rest of ingredients to shaker
  • Shake vigorously with ice
  • Fine strain over ice into a chilled tumbler
  • Garnish with a Basil Leaf
