Ingredients

  • 35ml - Shortcross Rosie's Garden Gin
  • 25ml - Lemon Juice
  • 15ml - Sugar Syrup
  • ½ - Egg White

Method

  • Combine all ingredients together in a Boston shaker and dry shake
  • Add ice and shake again before straining into a chilled rocks glass
  • Garnish with a lemon twist
