Ingredients
- 50ml Classic Shortcross Gin
- Elderflower Tonic Water
- Orange Zest
- Sprig of Mint
Method
- Fill 3/4 of the glass with ice
- Pour 50ml of Shortcross into the glass
- Top up with 100ml of tonic water
- Rub the orange zest around the inside of the glass
- Lightly spank the mint between your hands and add to glass
- Sip and Enjoy
