Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Irish Poitin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Pine Syrup
- Pine Strip for garnish
Method
- Add all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake well to chill, you will know this is ready when the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- To garnish, add a piece of pine.
