Ingredients
- 50ml Shortcross Irish Poitín
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 25ml Soda Water
- 10 Mint Leaves
- 2tbp Fine Sugar
- Spring of Mint
Method
- Add lime and sugar into your class and mix.
- Add your mint leaves and press with a bar spoon to release the flavours and oils.
- Half fill your glass with crushed ice, add your Shortcross Irish Poitín and mix.
- Top up with soda water and garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
